How does Dopa work?
Dopa helps you track your daily habits through four "happy molecules": dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins.
Each day, your levels decrease slightly, and you can complete simple tasks to restore balance. The goal is not perfection, but staying consistent in a human way.
How do subscriptions work?
Dopa Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that gives you more AI suggestions (subject to fair-use limits) and advanced features.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current period — on the App Store at least 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play subscription settings.
How can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time from your device settings.
On iOS, go to your Apple ID settings and open Subscriptions.
On Android, go to your Google Play account and open Payments & Subscriptions.
You can also access subscription options from the app’s Settings or Subscription screen.
Make sure you're signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.
What data does Dopa use?
Most of your data stays on your device. Daily suggestions send only your in-app levels and app language to our AI service (OpenAI) unless you allow personal suggestions; with your permission, personal suggestions and Autofill also send part of your profile, your mood and your task text. Your name and exact date of birth are never sent. Your journal is sent only if you ask for an AI comment on an entry (Premium), and then only that entry, without your name. You can turn AI features off in Settings → AI features. Usage statistics go to Google Firebase. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
