1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Dopa mobile app ("Dopa", the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Onur Emre Karadağ, trading as Kefelon, Istanbul, Türkiye ("we", "the developer"). If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if these Terms conflict with it, Apple's agreement prevails for your use of the App on Apple devices.

2. Description of Service

Dopa is a wellness and habit-tracking app that helps you build positive daily habits around four "happy molecules": dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins. It offers task tracking, mood tracking, statistics, streaks, a private journal, guided breathing and AI-powered task suggestions and autofill.

3. Health Disclaimer

Dopa is not a medical device or a medical app. It does not measure, diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. The levels shown in the App are illustrative, motivational estimates based on what you log; they are not biological measurements.

The App is intended for motivation and habit-building only and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice. Talk to a qualified professional about any health concern, and before starting a new exercise or sleep routine. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

AI suggestions and autofill results are generated automatically for motivation and information. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you; use your own judgement before acting on them.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Dopa Premium. The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Dopa Premium") with monthly and yearly plans. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the App and the store before you buy, and may vary by region. AI features are subject to fair-use limits that protect the service from abuse.

4.2 Billing. Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play to your store account when you confirm the purchase.

4.3 Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. On Google Play, cancel before the renewal date.

4.4 Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play subscription settings. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

4.5 Free trials. If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you start. It converts to a paid subscription at the price shown unless you cancel before it ends. On the App Store, any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.

4.6 Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

5. Your Data and AI Features

5.1 Most of your data — your profile, tasks, mood entries and journal — is stored on your device. Some data is sent to the services described in the Privacy Policy, including usage statistics to Google Firebase.

5.2 To generate suggestions and autofill scores, the App sends part of your profile, your levels, your mood and the text of your tasks to our AI service, which uses OpenAI. Your name, exact date of birth and journal are not sent. Text you type into a task is sent as written, so do not include personal details about yourself or others. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent the law allows this despite this restriction;
• interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its AI service, or attempt to overload it;
• attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or usage limits.

6.1 Content You Enter

You are responsible for the content you enter into the App, including task descriptions and text sent to AI features. AI features may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate or unexpected results; please use them with that in mind.

7. Licence and Intellectual Property

The App's content, design, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for Dopa Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update the App and these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes are announced in the App's release notes before they take effect. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription in your store settings. We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice; this does not affect rights you have under mandatory law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before the consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or consumer courts in Türkiye, or before the competent courts of your country of residence.

11. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are written in English; translations, if any, are for convenience.
